This deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice and can be made using a credit card via digital invoice, Zelle, Cash App, or cash. For offsite events, the remaining balance must be paid by the day before the event. For onsite catering events, the balance can be settled on the day of the event. This policy helps ensure that we can provide you with the freshest ingredients and the best possible service for your event.

A: At Sweet Catch Brooklyn, we understand that plans can change. For catering orders, once the deposit is made, you have the flexibility to cancel your order.

However, if you choose to cancel three (3) days or less before the event, please note that 25% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Our half-size pans are designed to generously serve 10-15 people, making them ideal for smaller gatherings or intimate family celebrations.

If you're hosting a larger event, our full-size pans are the way to go, providing ample portions for 20-30 people.
